How do you deal with internet addiction?

Involve yourself in reading novels (romantic and funny preferred)
Hang out with our friends most of times.
have no technology days if possible.
remind yourself everytime you open a internet that you need to go to real world of people, nature, love etc. which were most fun than internet
simple thing you can kiss on looking just at webcam. but direct one will be so powerful that you say once more
